Kim Kardashian broke down in tears as she admitted her ex-husband Kanye West was behind hurtful rumours that she cheated on him with Drake.

The 42-year-old reality star said Kanye, legally known as Ye, is "the one who hurt me the most" before opening up about the emotional pain he has caused her.

Speaking to momager Kris Jenner in the premiere episode of their Hulu show, Kim said: "The one who was supposed to protect me and still does interviews saying he will be my forever protector, he is the one who hurt me the most."
