Killer faces life sentence for murder of man left to decompose in bathtub in north London

A man has been found guilty of beating another man to death in north London before leaving his body to decompose in a bath for 10 days.

The body of 40-year-old Marvin Dickson was discovered at the Haringey home of his killer, 36-year-old Dante Forrest, on September 20 last year.
