Kieran Tierney's future at Arsenal has been the subject of much debate but it appears Newcastle are to ramp up their pursuit of the Celtic hero.
Tierney has found game time under Mikel Arteta's title challengers hard due to the roaring success of left-back Oleksandr Zinchenko in Arsenal's new system. The 25-year-old made the big-money move from Celtic to London in 2019 with the Hoops making around £25m in a package for their boyhood hero.
And despite not playing much for Arsenal, the Saudi-backed Newcastle could land the Scottish champions a neat seven-figure windfall from any potential deal.
