Khloe Kardashian has admitted that her anxiety "was through the roof" and she almost a heart attack on the red carpet at the Met Gala.

Khloe, 37, stunned in a figure-hugging golden gown as she attended last night's glitzy do for the first time, along with the rest of her famous siblings and mum.

However the reality star has admitted on Twitter to feeling anxious while strutting her stuff.
