Khloe Kardashian has shared the tough realities of being a parent after getting covered in her baby son's sick.
In a refreshingly candid snap, Khloe looked straight into the camera as she showed her fans that life as a Kardashian isn't always glamorous.
Wearing a black jumper covered in white milky vomit, the 38-year-old added the caption: "It comes with the territory... Mom life".
The reality star pouted at the camera and rested her head in her hands – showing off her incredibly long false nails.
Khloe became a mum for the second time in August this year as she welcomed a baby boy, with her ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson, via a surrogate.
Fans are still yet to learn the new arrival's name, and the season two finale of The Kardashians sees Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian meeting him for the first time.
After the family fussed over the baby, Kris turned to Kim and said: "Don't you think he looks like Rob?"
"He's actually Rob's twin," Kim replies with a grin.
"He's so perfect," Kris adds as he rocks the baby boy in her arms while Khloe looks on.
"What are we gonna name him? That's what I need to know!" Kim adds.
Khloe is also yet to reveal her son's face and name to the world.
She also shares her daughter True, four, with Tristan – who was exposed for fathering another child with fitness model Maralee Nichols, 31, in December last year.
The news of his infidelity broke in December 2021 and soon after he publicly apologised to Khloe but the pair went their separate ways but continue to co-parent.
Last month, Tristan was also spotted in a family photo shared by Kim as they served up a Thanksgiving meal to the inmates of Camp Kilpatrick – a juvenile detention camp in the Santa Monica Mountains.

"This year I’m really thankful for the people I have met in all of the prisons around the country," Kim wrote in the caption, adding, "This week @realtristan13 and I had an inspiring Friendsgiving dinner with the young men incarcerated at Camp Kilpatrick.
"These young men have earned their way to this model camp in Malibu for great behavior. Many are in college classes and have made huge changes in their life.
"My favorite part at our dinner was going around the table and hearing what their dreams and aspirations are. I can’t wait to see them all come true."
Kim was later slammed for hanging out with her sister's ex.
