Dan Purdy has completed a return to Everton just over three months after leaving the club in December 2021.
As first reported by Training Ground Guru, he has been persuaded to return to Everton by new director of football Kevin Thelwell following his appointment last month. Purdy will now begin his second spell at the club as Scouting and Operations Manager.
He initially spent seven-and-a-half years with Everton, starting as a performance analyst intern and rising through the ranks to become manager of scouting and operations before he left.
