Kevin Costner's estranged wife, Christine Baumgartner, was seen flying out of LAX on Thursday with two of their three children.
The designer was pictured stepping out of a black SVU with a small white suitcase. She opted for a casual outfit for the flight, wearing black pants and a floral top.
Baumgartner filed for divorce this May citing "irreconcilable differences." Since then the couple has been making headlines from excessive money spending to cheating allegations.
Now she's been spotted leaving the city but she won't be able to escape the drama. On 5 July, the couple has a court date where Baumgartner will contest their prenup agreement.
Baumgartner is asking for $240,000 a month in order from her estranged husband for child support.
Together Baumgartner and Costner have three children. They welcomed two sons in 2007 and 2009 and a daughter the following year. Though asking for child support, Baumgartner is filing for joint custody.
While Costner wants joint custody as well, he is fighting back on the monthly payment. His accountant claims that Baumgartner has spent over $100,000 of Costner's money on her plastic surgery, extravagant shopping sprees, and ATM withdrawals.
Baumgartner claims Costner has cheated on her, but he denies that claim.
The only agreement reached so far is for Baumgartner to leave the family home by the end of August.
The star of "Yellowstone" married the model on 25 September in 2004 after four years of dating. After almost 20 years together, the couple will be going their separate ways.
This isn't Costner's first marriage. He married his college sweetheart Cindy Silva in 1978 and eventually divorced in 1994 after 16 years of marriage. Costner has three kids through this relationship, two daughters and a son born in 1984, 1986, and 1988 respectively. He also has a son with Bridget Rooney born in 1996.
