Kevin Costner has accused his estranged wife Christine Baumgartner of spending almost $100,000 (£78,280) of his money via his credit card and bank account, according to reports.
The Yellowstone star, 68, has accused his wife of withdrawing money from his bank account and spending money on his credit card just weeks after being "blindsided" when she filed for divorce from him.
Just weeks ago in May, Kevin's representative released a statement confirming the news of the couple's impending split.
The statement read: "It is with great sadness that circumstances beyond his control have transpired which have resulted in Mr. Costner having to participate in a dissolution of marriage."
And now court documents reveal that Kevin says Christine "has withdrawn from my bank account and charged on my credit card a total of $95,000, payable to her divorce attorneys and forensic accountant".
He also accuses her of spending the money "without any prior notice" to him, according to Us Weekly.
Also in the court documents, the Bodyguard actor alleges that his estranged wife is refusing to move out of their shared home.
Elsewhere he says that Christine, who works as a handbag designer, is using the situation of them still residing together to her advantage.
He said that she is allegedly using the situation to make him agree to "various financial demands".
The publication also reports that the documents note how the couple had a prenup that states how Christine has 230 days to move off of their property after filing for divorce".
"Kevin simply asks that Christine honour her commitments to him, by moving out of his separate property home. He has offered financial assistance to ease the transition,” the outlet reports the documents stating.
The papers also affirm that Kevin has continued to pay "100% of the children’s expenses".
The much-loved actor started dating the model and handbag designer in 1998 before getting married at his Colorado ranch in 2004. The couple have two sons and a daughter, with them aged between 12 and 15.
