Kerry Katona has been showing off her new figure after undergoing breast reduction surgery.
The OnlyFans star revealed she had her boobs reduced from a DDD to a C cup as they just “kept getting bigger”.
Despite earning £1million posting racy snaps in her underwear to paying subscribers, Kerry said she “cried” every day when she looked in the mirror.
After having the op, the 41-year-old joked she had now joined the “itty bitty t*tty club”.
Her second eldest daughter, Lilly-Sue, even sent her a card congratulating her on becoming an official member of the “itty bitty t*tty community”.

Sharing a photo of the card with her 799,000 Instagram followers, Kerry wrote: “My card from Lilly after getting my breast reduction. Your too funny @lils.mc but your really the sweetest girl in the world.”
The card – addressed to Kerry Jane Elizabeth Katona – read: “This is your official acceptance letter to the itty bitty t*tty community.
“You’re probably our first member who not only chose to join, but paid!
“As you know, there are plenty of benefits to our lifestyle such as saving thousands of pounds on bras, the ability to run without setting off a magnitude 8 earthquake, sleeping on your front, and of course getting to celebrate Shrove 365 days a year!”
She added: “Not everyone receives a handwritten note upon joining but you’re our largest (DD) accomplishment yet!
“Here’s to a life of training bras! Yours truly, The founder, president and most unfortunately loyal member of the itty bitty t*tty community, Lilly.”
Mum-of-five Kerry actually had a breast reduction a year ago, but went under the knife again as she wasn’t happy with the results.
Speaking to her followers on Instagram, she said: “As you all know, I had breast surgery last year for reduction.
“I’m not happy with it and I could actually cry because when I put on a jumper I feel like the Honey Monster.
“I don’t want to have massive boobs. It’s so Nineties, people."
Prior to her most recent surgery she posted a video on social media getting ready for the procedure.
Talking to the camera, she said: “Today is a big day of my joining the itty bitty t*tty club.
“I'm very excited. I'm actually a DDD, which is like an E. I'm hoping to go down to a C/D. I am nervous, my mouth is dry."
She continued: "I should be used to this by now, I've been sliced and diced that much I should probably give instructions.
"I'm like a flat pack from Ikea - that leg goes there, that t*t goes there."
