Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan writes to PM Narendra Modi

KOCHI: Chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan has written to the prime minister as well as the external affairs minister to take urgent measures to bring back the students and other Malayalis stranded in Ukraine. The CM also called up the external affairs ministers and discussed the issue.

Meanwhile, the CPM state conference moved a resolution seeking immediate steps by the Union government to bring back all Indians in Ukraine. The move comes in the backdrop of reports of a student from Karnataka getting killed in a shell attack on Tuesday.
