Kensington headteacher struck off after spending £56,000 on Amazon and train tickets with school card

The Headteacher of a Catholic school in Kensington has been removed from his position after spending £56,000 on the school credit card, including Amazon purchases and train tickets.

Christopher McPhilemy has been accused of “unacceptable professional conduct” after racking up thousands of pounds on Our Lady of Victories RC Primary school accounts over three years, from 2020 to 2023.
