Kendall Jenner has hit out at "false narratives" about her famous family.
The 26-year-old opened up about herself and the Jenner and Kardashian family, saying people's opinions can "feel really unfair".
Kendall, who is the daughter of Kris and Caitlyn Jenner and is the sister of Kim, Kylie and Kourtney Kardashian, says her family's reputation can "really" affect her.
Speaking in a tell-all interview, she discussed her life being catapulted into the public eye because of the Keeping Up With The Kardashians TV show.
She detailed a five-year period where she was "extremely overworked" and felt like she was "saying yes to everything", leaving her extremely unhappy.
Kendall, who is currently dating basketball player Devin Brooker, opened up about her challenges with life in the public eye on Jay Shetty's 'On Purpose' podcast.
"There’s so many false narratives. So many people think they have you figured out when they don’t even know the half of it," she said.
Kendall added: "It can feel really unfair because that is not who I am. That can really get to me sometimes and that really sucks.
"But then looking at myself in the mirror and being like I know who I am, so why does anything else matter? Everything else is just noise."
She told Jay about a shift in her mindset since she started her modelling career.
"The things that I accomplished, even my job, at one point when I was younger, I decided I wanted to be a model," she added.
Kendall continued: "I didn’t stop until I was 24, then I was like okay I think I need to take it back a notch. There was a core five years where I was extremely overworked, not my happiest and I felt like I was saying yes to everything because I felt really grateful to be in the position I was in.
"I just wasn’t happy anymore so I had to set those boundaries for myself. I need to start saying ‘no’ when I can and start prioritizing me and my wellbeing. It has done wonders for me."
The revelations come after Kendall seemingly remained loyal to her big sister Khloe after blanking her ex Tristan Thompson during an awkward run-in at The Weeknd’s concert at SoFi Stadium in California earlier last week.
The stars were led by security to a party platform that was packed with several celebrities, but accordion to Entertainment Tonight the pair refused to mingle with each other.
And at the end of the show they directly crossed paths as they left the stadium, but an eyewitness told the outlet: “Kendall and Tristan walked by each other but did not acknowledge each other.”
There has been plenty of drama between 38-year-old Khloe and 31-year-old Tristan over the years as they’ve welcomed two children together despite report after report after report claiming he was cheating with other women - even when she was pregnant.
