Kelly Osbourne admits she should not have attended the Grammys after Ozzy’s death

  • Kelly Osbourne has acknowledged she had no idea how thin she had become following the death of her father, Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne.
  • Having previously defended her gaunt appearance on social media, she now admits she “wasn’t very well” and should not have attended the Grammy Awards in January.
  • The 41-year-old realised there was a problem after seeing a photograph of herself at a dress fitting, describing her appearance as “scary”.
  • Osbourne attributed her weight loss to grief, revealing she had lived with anticipatory grief for a decade as her father's health deteriorated.
  • She announced plans to produce a documentary series exploring grief and mental health to raise awareness about the issue.
