Katie Price has been slammed by fans for "photoshopping" a snap of her son Harvey Price on his 20th birthday.

Harvey, who was born with septo-optic dysplasia, Prader-Willi syndrome, autism and a learning disability, turned 20 on Friday (May 27).

Gushing over her eldest son, Katie, who has always cared for him took to Instagram and posted a sweet snap of the young chap, penning: "My handsome son still can’t believe his 20."
