Katie Price has faced backlash after it was announced that she and her 19-year-old son Harvey have been booked for a personal appearance at a nightclub. The pair will appear at Acapulco Nightclub in Halifax, West Yorkshire, but people have voiced their concerns for Harvey who has complex needs.
The nightclub took to social media, saying: “We are excited to announce that we have a Live PA coming soon with Katie & Harvey Price! More details to be released soon with tickets going on sale on Monday 9am.”
Many fans couldn’t contain their excitement, with one writing: “I adore Mr Harvey. What a little cutie.” However, some were left questioning whether it would be the right environment for Harvey, who has septo-optic Dysplasia, autism and Prader-Willi syndrome, as OK! reports.

“Aww will Harvey be able to handle all the noise n stuff though,” one said. Another wrote: “Disgusting especially when Harvey can't cope with loud noises.” Another said: "I feel so sorry for Harvey, doesn't that poor lad get any privacy at all."
A source has told OK! that it's "irresponsible" and Harvey will find it “hard”.
“It's definitely irresponsible from Katie,” the source said. “She'll have to be on the edge of her seat the whole night, as you just don't know how he's going to react with loud noises, doors banging, a lot of people, talking and lots of flashes and cameras."

They added: “He'll definitely be on edge. It will be hard for him to adjust to surroundings like that when he's so used to either being by himself or with just one other person.”
Owner of the nightclub, Simon Jackson, told the Halifax Courier: “Acapulco are providing Harvey with a secluded area and will do everything we possibly can to make sure Harvey feels comfortable, so he can enjoy the nightlife experience just like everyone else. We're looking forward to meeting him."
Katie has said in the past she would love to take Harvey to a nightclub. Previously opening up about Harvey's 18th birthday, Katie told new magazine: "We'll do something – I'll just have to Zoom the family. But after lockdown I can't wait to take him to a nightclub! He'll love it.
"I'll wind him up and say, 'Do you want a beer, Harv?' Not that he even knows what it is, but he goes, 'No! Just Ribena.'"
