Katie Price 's dream of becoming a paramedic could already be down the drain due to her criminal record.
The former glamour model, who is currently enjoying a sunny holiday in Thailand, recently said she wanted to put her 'special gift' to use.
Katie has revealed that she reckons she has gained a substantial amount of experience after looking after son Harvey, 19.
Harvey was born with septo-optic dysplasia, Prader-Willi syndrome, autism and a learning disability – meaning he needs constant round the clock care, something that Katie did for the majority of his life before he moved out last year.
However, she may not be able to follow her dreams as the job would require her to undergo an 'enhanced criminal record check'.
The 43-year-old swerved jail in December after pleading guilty to driving while unfit to drive through drink, using a motor vehicle in a public place without third party insurance and driving while disqualified.
Katie was sentenced to a 16-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months.
"Paramedics will be required to undergo an enhanced criminal record check, as they may come into contact with children and vulnerable adults," it was stated online.
"Having a criminal record, caution, warning, or conviction may put off prospective employers."
However, the severity of the crime will be taken into account.
Announcing her sentence in December, District Judge Amanda Kelly said: "When you chose to get behind the wheel that night you showed no concern for others.
"You could have killed somebody. Your actions meant the emergency services had to use up their precious time. You knowingly and deliberately flouted a court order and not for the first time.

"You seem to think you are above the law."
Following the crash and prior to her sentencing in December, Katie stayed at the Priory for rehab for a month.
She has since suggested that "traumatic events" led to her crash, but hasn't yet gone into further detail about it.
In January, the star allegedly sent her ex-husband Kieran Hayler " abusive messages" about his fiancee Michelle Penticost.
She was arrested but allegedly told worried pals that she 'wouldn't go to jail' after allegedly breaking her restraining order against Michelle.
A source had said: "She's telling friends she's not going to jail 'over a text message' and everything will be fine."
