Katie Price's fiancé Carl Woods has broken his silence after being charged with using abusive or threatening insults or behaviour.
Essex Police confirmed earlier today that the 33-year-old was arrested in August and has been charged under section 4 of the Public Order Act.
Carl has since posted a lengthy response to the charge on Instagram, in which he has denied attacking fiancee Katie and claims that he has proof.
Carl said in a video on his Instagram story, to his 227,000 followers: "I didn't lay a finger on her, right, didn't ever coercively control her, anyone who thinks you can control Katie Price you've got to be off your head 'cause you can't, right."
Adding that he has the "proof" to back up everything he's saying, he went on: "There's lots and lots of things that I've got that absolutely cover me and prove that I am completely and utterly innocent, so it is coming - factual proof, black and white, unarguable, okay, unarguable."
In a statement, cops told The Mirror: "A man arrested following an incident in Little Canfield, on August 23 2021, has been charged.
"Carl Woods, 33, of The Meadows, Dunmow Road, Little Canfield, has been charged under Section 4 of the Public Order Act.
"He is due to appear at Colchester Magistrates Court on March 10."
Katie and Carl have been dating for two years and announced their engagement in April 2021.
The couple have also spoken frequently about their wish to have children together in the future.
Speaking on Netmums' podcast Sweat, Snot & Tears, Katie said: "I’m 43. Obviously, I want more kids. If I had natural births I would be going on and on. But I’ve had one natural birth and four Caesareans.
"So I have to stick to that. Caesarean-wise I have seen a doctor and I can have another one. But at 43 your eggs get lower.
"If not, I would do a surrogate, obviously with Carl’s bits and my bits. We have gone down the IVF route as well."
It comes after Katie recently revealed the results of her plastic surgery after reportedly flying out to a Belgium clinic for the procedures.
She was previously pictured with her head in bandages with gruesome scars just days after going under the knife.
The glamorous mum-of-five proudly displayed her brand new face after having a few tweakments, with all eyes on her as she made an entrance for Carl's 33rd birthday.
