Katie Price's fiance Carl Woods has been charged for using threatening and abusive behaviour, police in Essex have confirmed.
Carl, 33 got engaged to Katie last year after only a few months of dating and in August last year Carl was involved in an incident.
It was confirmed he was arrested and he has now been charged.
Police told our sister paper The Mirror : "A man arrested following an incident in Little Canfield, on August 23 2021, has been charged.
"Carl Woods, 33, of The Meadows, Dunmow Road, Little Canfield, has been charged under Section 4 of the Public Order Act.
"He is due to appear at Colchester Magistrates Court on March 10."
Katie and Carl are keen to have children in the future and Katie told Netmums' podcast Sweat, Snot & Tears : "I’m 43. Obviously, I want more kids. If I had natural births I would be going on and on. But I’ve had one natural birth and four Caesareans.
"So I have to stick to that. Caesarean-wise I have seen a doctor and I can have another one. But at 43 your eggs get lower.
"If not, I would do a surrogate, obviously with Carl’s bits and my bits. We have gone down the IVF route as well."
The former glamour model known at one time as Jordan has also shown off her brand new face in time for Carl's 33rd birthday last night.
