Katie Price 's family are said to have been "horrified" by her 14th boob job amid a row over the former glamour model being allowed more surgery.
The star, 43, showed off her new look as she stripped down to a bikini on a boat in Thailand with fiancé Carl Woods.
As well as 14 breast ops the mum of five, who has recently started releasing sexy snaps on subscription app OnlyFans, has had other procedures, including recent liposuction.
A source close to her family said they were disappointed surgeons had agreed to another op.
A pal said: "It's getting really silly now and more than a little irresponsible. Everyone’s quite horrified, to be honest."
It is understood her latest procedure was carried out in Brussels. She previously had a boob op in Turkey.
Her mum Amy Price previously told of her fears that Katie has body dysmorphia. Speaking out about Katie's multiple operations that she "doesn’t need," Amy said: "She doesn’t tell me now because she knows I'll go ballistic."
She added: Maybe she does it because she doesn't feel she's attractive enough, or maybe it's body dysmorphia. Part of the problem is she gets her surgeries free, so someone is always capitalising on her name."

The plastic surgeon who performed Katie's first cosmetic op in 1998 has told her he would not operate on her any more.
Last year, she visited Dr Prakash for Channel 4 show Steph's Packed Lunch to investigate the rise in young people seeking cosmetic surgery.
He told her: "If you came to me now, I would not do surgery. The risk of repeated botox and fillers is you age faster sometimes. With repeated surgery you are interfering with the skin, stretching it, and you lose elasticity."
Even Love Island star Carl has urged her to stop. He said: "There is a point when it's too much and an unnecessary risk. I think the surgery does need to stop. You can look too plastic."
Telling of the agony of her breast ops, Katie said: "If there's no pain, there's no gain. The price of beauty is sometimes you have to go through pain."
Originally a bra size 32B, she had her first op in 1998 to go up to a 32C. She was branded "unrecognisable" on BBC documentary What Harvey Did Next after recent changes to her face.
