Katie Price risked another fine as she was spotted getting into a five seater car with her fiancé Carl Woods and four children.
The 45-year-old former glamour model, who was only recently photographed behind the wheel of an uninsured and untaxed car, was handed a driving ban and suspended sentence after a single-car crash near her Sussex home in September 2021.
She pleaded guilty to drink-driving while disqualified and without insurance after the accident.
The TV personality was handed a 16-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months, a two-year driving ban and 100 hours of community service.
She was allowed to return to driving but it was reported that her licence was recently medically revoked.
And this week, Katie was spotted getting into a five-seater car with her on-again off-again fiancé, and her children Bunny, eight, and Jett, nine.
Princess Andre, 15, who was joined by a teenage male companion, also got into the car.
The kids got into the back of the vehicle while Carl and Katie got into the front seats.
According to the government website, you're only "allowed one person in each seat fitted with a seat belt".
"You can be fined up to £500 if you don't wear a seat belt when you're supposed to," it adds.
Katie kept it casual in an Essentials beige hoodie and matching sweatpants along with black and brown boots.
The former Page 3 model looked relaxed as she held her daughter Bunny's hand before they got into the black vehicle.
Meanwhile, Carl rocked a black hoodie with blue skinny jeans and a pair of plain white trainers.
One picture, as shared by Mail Online, showed Princess' male companion with his arms around her shoulders as they happily walked down the street.
The family were in Brighton to celebrate Katie's 45th birthday at a restaurant called Donatellos.
It comes after it was revealed Katie was "gutted" her licence was medically revoked – meaning she can no longer drive again.
A source had said Katie was initially "over the moon" to get back on the road.
"She has no choice but to keep her car off the road in order to avoid another court date," they added to The Sun.
