Katie Price has been pictured for the first time with her fiancé Carl Woods after he was charged with section 4.
Last week, Essex Police confirmed the former Love Island star, 33, had been charged under section 4 of the Public Order Act.
In a statement, cops told The Mirror: "A man arrested following an incident in Little Canfield, on August 23 2021, has been charged.
"Carl Woods, 33, of The Meadows, Dunmow Road, Little Canfield, has been charged under Section 4 of the Public Order Act.
"He is due to appear at Colchester Magistrates Court on March 10."
Now, Katie and Carl have been spotted for the first time together as they were pictured driving in the former glamour model's Range Rover.
Katie appeared to be makeup free in the snaps as she sat in the passenger seat while her husband-to-be Carl took the wheel.
The lovebirds appeared to be chatting as they drove in the sunshine after enjoying a McDonald's takeaway as the fast food packaging laid strewn on the car's dashboard.
It comes days after Carl claimed that he found 'questionable messages' on Katie's phone.
Defending himself, Carl claimed he found the on his fiancée phone before he was arrested in August.
He previously claimed he is a 'victim of lies' and taking to Instagram he claimed: "I found some very questionable messages on Katie's phone."
"The assault, the control, the bruise which was really make up, everything, this was done to f*** me over and create a storyline.
"There is no charge for any assault or control because as I've said it's b******s."
He added: "I've been f*****. No one else. Now I really won't be commenting about it again."
Carl also recently told fans he 'really didn't want to talk about this' but was fed up with trolls attacking him.
"You're literally all savages and now some how, I'm being accused of being involved and part of this little play," he said.
"I haven't been allowed to talk about it until now. And I'm not being blamed for it or an involvement."
Last week Carl lashed out at people accusing him of hitting Katie.
He began a lengthy statement on his Instagram story by writing: "Now it's my turn everything I say I have proof."
Carl went on to insist that his charge is nothing to do with the alleged assault on Katie last year.
"Look at what's been written, nowhere has it said that I've been charged with assaulting Katie, they haven't said that. No one's said I've been charged with coercive controlling behaviour, nobody's said that, 'cause it's not true, it hasn't happened," Carl insisted.
"I didn't lay a finger on her, right, didn't ever coercively control her, anyone who thinks you can control Katie Price you've got to be off your head 'cause you can't, right."
Claiming that he has the 'proof' to back up everything he's saying, he went on: "There's lots and lots of things that I've got that absolutely cover me and prove that I am completely and utterly innocent, so it is coming - factual proof, black and white, unarguable, okay, unarguable."
The Mirror has reached out to Katie's representatives for comment on this story.
