Katie Price has slammed I'm A Celebrity... Legends of the Jungle after being snubbed for an appearance on the hotly anticipated series.
The series is promised to be “bigger and wilder than we could have hoped for” as Ant and Dec head to South Africa with a slue of returning celebrities to take on a second stint in camp.
But it seems former glamour model Katie is not best pleased about being snubbed off the line-up list, which features the likes of Joe Swash, Georgia Toffolo and Paul Burrell.
Katie and her ex-husband Peter Andre had fans gripped as their relationship flourished before the nation’s eyes in 2004 when they hit it off in the Australian jungle.
They went on to get married and welcomed two children together – Junior, 17 and Princess, 15.
But 44-year-old Katie has now hit out at being missed off the All Stars line-up after going down in the show’s history when she fell in love with Peter all those years ago.
The OnlyFans star confessed it came as a huge shock when she saw the celebrities set to take on the challenge.
Noting her absence off the list in an Instagram Live Q&A, mum-of-five Katie said: “A lot of people are saying, am I doing I'm A Celeb? No, but I'm interested in this show.
"Apparently they're already out there filming with 'the legends.'
She then teased fans with an on-screen jungle reunion with herself and her ex-husband Peter Andre.
"I don't think they're legends. Imagine, if they had me and Pete on it? Imagine."
This year’s A-Listers jetted to South Africa for the spin-off series which launches on ITV1 on Monday.
Model Janice Dickinson and sports star Fatima Whitbread will return to our screens alongside Carol Vorderman and former Coronation Street Star Helen Flanagan.
The show, filmed last year on the edge of Kruger National Park, will kick off next week with nine contestants and around six more expected to enter as late entries a few days into the show.
The opening line-up also features former Boxing Champion Amir Khan, Diversity Dancer & DJ Jordan Banjo, ex-England Cricketer Phil Tufnell and Happy Mondays frontman Shaun Ryder.
*I’m A Celebrity…South Africa begins on Monday (April 24) at 9pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
