The former glamour model, 43, is currently getting ready to fly home from Thailand with fiancé Carl Woods after she has spent the last couple of weeks having a surgery spree.
Mum-of-five Katie was papped getting a brand new ink in recent days - and it seems she couldn't wait to show it off with her fans, but only on the x-rated subscription app.
She flashed a tattoo of a heart in an intimate place while wearing a pair of see-through pants.
The star's new ink comes after an earlier tattoo session last week, which covers up a previous tattoo that paid tribute to her children and fiancé.
She previously had a collection of inkings on her forearm that included her nickname for herself and Carl, "Priceywoods", as well as a charm bracelet with the initial of each of her five children dangling from it.
Her right arm is covered in an array of black and white lilies, daffodils and hyacinths, which pay homage to her mum Amy Price, who has a terminal lung condition.
Katie has been having the holiday of a lifetime with her beau, but it is finally coming to an end.
The pair are believed to be flying home this weekend - and Katie seemed to confirm it on her Instagram today.
She showed off her fresh acrylic nails with fans, which were painted in green glitter, saying her son Harvey will like them.
The star is now set to face the music after she was charged after allegedly sending abusive messages to ex-husband Kieran Hayler's fiancée.
Katie is banned from contacting Kieran's partner Michelle Penticost under the terms of a five-year restraining order, but in January, she allegedly sent an abusive text message to the flight attendant branding her a 'w***e, piece of s***" and a 'gutter s***' - and she was subsequently arrested.
Sussex Police told The Sun: "On Friday, January 21, officers arrested a woman on suspicion of breaching a restraining order.
" Katie Price, 43, has since been charged with harassment — breach of a restraining order. She will appear at Crawley magistrates' court on Tuesday, April 12."
In recent days, Katie showed off the results of her latest boob job - which her family and friends are reportedly not a fan of.
A source close to her family said they were disappointed surgeons had agreed to another op.
A pal told The Sun: "It's getting really silly now and more than a little irresponsible. Everyone's quite horrified, to be honest."
It is understood her latest procedure was carried out in Brussels. She previously had a boob op in Turkey.
Her mum Amy Price previously told of her fears that Katie has body dysmorphia.
Speaking out about Katie's multiple operations that she "doesn't need," Amy said: "She doesn't tell me now because she knows I'll go ballistic."
She added: "Maybe she does it because she doesn't feel she's attractive enough, or maybe it's body dysmorphia. Part of the problem is she gets her surgeries free, so someone is always capitalising on her name."
