Katie Price gave fan a sneaky peek at her new face after another round of surgery.
The former glamour model recently stepped out at an awards ceremony with son Harvey, 19, with her head wrapped in bandages.
And after the medical dressings came off, fans got a cheeky look at the results as she went all out to make fiancé Carl Woods' 33rd birthday a special day.
Carl took to his Instagram story to show off a special treat Katie had laid on for him.
They appeared to be at a salon where ex-Love Island star Carl shared a video of two blue birthday balloons tied to a chair in front of a mirror.
And on the bench in front of the chair was a cake and heart-shaped chocolates waiting to be enjoyed.
"Oh look," Carl said before panning the camera round to Katie, who was stood behind him wearing grey leggings, a white long-sleeved top and with a long scarf wrapped around her head.
Carl asked her: "Why are you hiding?"
As Carl moved the camera back to show the cake in more detail, Katie excitedly exclaimed: "See, little effort in little places."
While Katie was only on the screen for a moment, it gave fans the chance to check out the results of her latest plastic surgery procedures.
Earlier this month, Katie addressed the work she'd had done as she joined Harvey on stage at the Diversity Awards in Liverpool.
The 43-year-old told the crowd as Harvey was named Celebrity of the Year: "Hi everyone, good evening. By the way, I know I look like this but I couldn't let my son down because it's a special occasion tonight because my son's up for an award.
"I wouldn't normally come out after surgery, but you know, I can't let him down. It is a privilege to be presenting the disability role model award because it is such a special occasion."
Katie had been pictured days earlier looking incredibly bruised, with black eyes and a bandage wrapped around her head and under her chin.
It's been reported that Katie had an eye and brow lift in Belgium.
