Katie Price is starting IVF treatments to have a baby with Carl Woods, reports say.
The on-again-off-again couple got engaged last year, and have spoken openly about their wishes to expand the growing family.
Mother-of-five Katie is said to be "desperate" to have another child with her Love Island beau, despite their brief split earlier this year.
A source told The Sun: "Katie is desperate to have a baby with Carl and will spend whatever it takes.
"She knows it won't be easy and that treatment can have a lot of side effects but it will be worth it if she and Carl get what they want."
Outlining her goals earlier this year, the former glamour model is determined for a baby and a wedding.
"We will get married this year," Katie told The Sun.
"Yeah, I'm excited. Like I say, you might even see glimpses of it on the OnlyFans channel, but certainly on YouTube as well.
"It's just all exciting, the baby this year, hopefully, the baby."
However, Katie's loved ones are worried a baby is the last thing the star needs right now.
A source close to the OnlyFans model claimed her nearest and dearest are "preparing themselves" for a pregnancy announcement from the couple, despite their rocky relationship and legal woes.
She is already a doting mum to Harvey, 19, with Dwight Yorke, Junior, 16, and Princess, 14, with ex-husband Peter Andre, and Jett, seven, and Bunny, six, with Kieran Hayler - with their divorce finalised just last year.
"Katie’s made no secret of the fact she would love another baby but her friends and family are deeply worried. They want Katie to focus on her own issues right now and her five kids," an insider has told Closer magazine.
"She still hasn’t battled her demons and she’s only just got back with Carl."
They added: "They think it’s irresponsible and unfair on the baby, as well as on her other children, and could push her over the edge."
The source went on to allege that Katie's family have "pleaded" with the star to focus on the five children she already has and concentrate on staying healthy and on track.
But they admitted that it's likely Katie will "do what she wants" and their advice may go ignored.
Last year Carl revealed how years of steroid use have left him terrified he won't be able to have children.
Speaking on Steph's Packed Lunch, he explained: "I’ve got a history of using steroids when I was younger.
"It’s always been in the back of my mind what potential damage I may or may not have done when I was taking them.”
Carl recently told The Sun he'd "love to have babies" with Katie and insisted he's "completely loyal" following their brief split earlier this year.
