Katie Price and Carl Woods 'arguing non-stop for months as he struggles with fame'

With not long to go before they say "I do", it seems there could be trouble in paradise for Katie Price and Carl Woods.

Katie and her fiancé Carl, 32, are rumoured to be arguing "non-stop" as the former Love Islander struggles with being sent abusive messages on Instagram.

A source told The Sun: "They've been arguing non-stop for months and had a rough time as a couple.

"Carl has struggled in the spotlight after being bombarded with hateful messages on Instagram - Katie was even forced to insist publicly that he didn't hit her after her alleged assault to try to make the trolls stop.

"He just wants the abusive messages to stop and for the problem to go away."

They added: "Meanwhile, their romance hasn't been fun - there's been Katie's horrible accident, her bankruptcy woes, the recent court case - and now allegations about her ex Kieran Hayler.

"The dream wedding she keeps talking about still hasn't happened. They've rowed about whether it should go ahead or they just end it now."

But close friends of Katie say that she will do anything to make things work with Carl.

Katie, who said Carl was her soul mate and added that she wanted to have babies with him, said yes to Carl's proposal last year.

She spoke openly about how she's turned to therapy to help her with her mental health battle, and said that she's "focusing on her future".

"I've found the strength to turn my life around," she declared.

"And having babies, and committed, back to being a woman in power.

"With my weekly therapy and focusing on my future with @CarlJWoods and getting married."

But it's been a pretty turbulent time for the pair after Katie narrowly avoided prison after a drink-drive crash last September.

But despite her court appearance and suspended sentence, Katie and Carl enjoyed Christmas together as a family.

The pair are planning to jet off for a "baby making holiday" and a friend said it will be "this time next month".

However the date of the holiday is set to clash with an upcoming court date for her bankruptcy hearing.

The hearing was postponed from the end of last year and will now fall on February 14.

A source told The Sun at the time: "Katie was due in court next month but now the court date has been moved to Feb 2022 - which is disappointing for a lot of creditors."

The mum-of-five was declared bankrupt in November 2019 and in August it was revealed that she could be looking at time behind bars if she misses her next hearing.

She failed to pay off £12,000 a month to creditors after she took out an individual voluntary arrangement.

Despite claims that the couple were bickering, Katie and Carl were seen holding hands as they left swanky Mayfair restaurant Amazonico earlier this week.

But fans weren't impressed by the bankrupt star's choices, and said that she should be watching the pennies.

The Mirror has contacted Katie's representatives for comment.
