Carl Woods has shared an explosive audio recording where Katie Price admits to doing 'coke' following their bitter break-up last week.
Their split has taken an even messier turn as second-hand car salesman Carl uploaded a voice note to social media where he and Katie could be heard arguing about cocaine. Carl, 33, shared the voice note dated from September 2022 to his 232,000 followers on Instagram, reports the Mirror.
This is the latest development after the former glamour model, 44, confirmed that the pair had split and she was single - as she enjoyed a night out with friends. In the now deleted recording Katie admits to not turning up to events before she goes on to say 'I was on coke' and has been hiding it from her terminally ill mother, Amy Price.
In the recording, Carl accuses Amy of treating him unfairly and urged Katie to tell her to "leave me alone". He says: "Leave me alone and stop laying into me because I'm actually not a d**khead. I take the bullet for you, do you understand what I'm saying?"
To which, Katie says: "Imagine if I sat down and went ...[incomprehensible] all this and said yeah I've been doing coke." Carl replies: "Well yeah, maybe she might apologise to me instead of blaming everything on me."
Katie then says: "Maybe one day I will and then I'll say I've actually sorted it out mum. That's the reason why I haven't turned up to this and that because I was on coke. It's nothing to do with Carl. Carl's helped me get off it."
Carl went on to claim Amy "automatically assumes" he is behind Katie's behaviour, when it isn't the case. Katie replies: "To be honest, I will tell her the truth before she dies. I won't ever rest in peace if I haven't told her."
The Instagram upload appeared to be in retaliation to Katie, who declared she was officially single as she addressed their split for the first time on a night out. Speaking out for the first time, Katie took to Instagram as she partied the night away.
She said while applying lip-gloss: "Hi everyone, so yeah I'm single", before pointing to her lip-gloss and saying: "But guess who I'm out with tonight? Katie Price. I'm having a conversation with them lips."
The latest turn in their break-up saga comes after Carl uploaded an explosive Instagram video last week announcing their two-year relationship had come to an end. He added the reason behind it was because Katie had slept with another man in the ultimate betrayal.
He claimed in his break-up rant: "So, there's no easy way for me to say this and to be honest with you, it's quite embarrassing. But me and Kate, are not together anymore. I found out yesterday that Katie cheated on me. She's admitted that she cheated on me. She slept with somebody else.
"So yeah, that's the end of that. I guess I'm just gonna focus on rebuilding myself and get my life back on track. And concentrating on me but that's done."
