The Princess of Wales has revealed she's setting her alarm clock for some early starts in the coming weeks due to some exciting plans.
Today, Kate sent a good luck message to the England women's rugby team as they gear up for the Rugby World Cup, which kicks off in New Zealand tomorrow. And ahead of the Red Roses' opening match against Fiji, which starts at 4.45am UK time, Kate promised to set her alarm clock so she can be up in time to cheer the team on in the weeks ahead. In a message posted on the England Rugby Twitter account, the princess, who is patron of the England Rugby Football Union, said: "Hello, everyone. I wanted to take a moment to wish the Red Roses all the very best of luck for the Rugby World Cup in New Zealand.
"I had so much fun with you all at Twickenham earlier this year and I cannot wait to see how you get on during the tournament.
"For many of the team, this will be the first World Cup you've played in.
"Congratulations on being selected for the squad. I know this will be a particularly proud moment in your career so far, and I hope you enjoy every minute.
"I was also delighted to hear that some of the winning squad from 2014 are back to help bring the cup home again."
Kate, who is dressed in a striking red blazer adorned with a red rose pin badge, concluded: "Good luck for the weeks ahead. I'll be setting my alarm clock early to cheer you on all the way."
It was revealed earlier this year that Kate would be taking on two rugby roles - patron of the Rugby Football League and Rugby Football Union - that had previously been held by Prince Harry.
He had to give them up when he and wife Meghan Markle stepped down as working royals.
And in February she joined the Red Roses at Twickenham for a gruelling training session on the hallowed turf.
She was seen running with the ball before throwing her hands in the air and cheering as she scored a try.
The players even lifted her up as she went to grab the ball in a lineout and she also took part in a scrum.
Meanwhile, she was also presented with mini England rugby kits for her three children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
