Kate Middleton's extremely healthy eating habits have been revealed, showing that she always has a highly nutritional breakfast including vegetables. The Princess of Wales has been known to take very good care of her health.

According to hair experts Longevita, the 40-year-old starts her day with a breakfast drink full of nutritionally dense foods, alongside oats, which are high in protein, carbohydrates and fibre. She particularly enjoys including kale, spinach and spirulina in her first meal of the day, which are all full of protein and healthy vitamins.

Later in the day, the future Queen is believed to enjoy healthy lunches, such as watermelon salad with feta, avocado and cucumber. Between meals she snacks on goji berries, raw fruit and vegetables - all foods said to promote strong hair growth.
