Kate Middleton's cute cheek-patting comment to royal fan outside Windsor

Thousands of royal fans flocked to Winsdor Castle over the weekend to place floral tributes for the Queen and give their well wishes to members of her family, including the Prince and Princess of Wales and The Duke and Duchess of Sussex who were there for a walkabout.

During their time there, the 'Fab Four' as they have previously been dubbed, thanked members of the public for coming out and had some touching interactions with fans. Kate Middleton notably told a group of children all about Prince Louis ' moving comment after he found out his great-grandmother had died, but she also had some other sweet moments.

In one video from the walkabout, the Duchess of Cornwall and Cambridge can be seen chatting to a woman in the crowd, receiving a warm welcome.

It's not clear in the audio what exactly the woman said to Kate, but it clearly had a big impact on the royal as she could be seen patting her hands to her cheeks several times in an amusing gesture.

She then smiled and made a cute comment, telling the other woman: "I'm going to blush!"

Meghan Markle also had a lovely moment with a member of the public during the 40-minute walkabout at Windsor.

The Duchess of Sussex went viral when she shared a hug with 14-year-old Amelka Zak, after telling her that her name was "beautiful" and thanking her for waiting.

The teenager has since spoken out about the "amazing" moment, claiming in a chat with CNN that she wanted to make sure Meghan knew she was "still welcome" in the UK after "everything that's happened".

She added: "Everyone was kind of cheering me on and I guess I felt I needed to in a way because I look up to her and it felt like the right thing to do."
