Kate Garraway has only been in the Life Stories hot seat for two weeks and already changes are afoot.
The popular presenter was a massive hit with viewers during her first episode with former Liverpool and England footballer John Barnes last week.
Kate was praised for her interviewing skills during a wonderful opening show, which saw the football pundit break down in tears during an emotional chat.
However, John wasn't actually supposed to be the first guest of the series as another episode should have aired in place of his.
Originally, Welsh singer Charlotte Church was scheduled to appear in the first outing of the new series but the episode was pushed back.
Now her interview has been replaced yet again - with ITV claiming the switch was "due to an ongoing production delay".

Strangely, this comes amid speculation that Charlotte is the celebrity hiding behind the Mushroom costume on The Masked Singer after cracking it from a phone-in number clue.
Instead of the singer, Kate will be seen interviewing The Great British Bake Off winner Nadiya Hussain on tonight's show.
The 2015 Bake Off champion will speak about the horrifying moment she was attacked by vile bullies at school in heartbreaking scenes.
Kate was visibly shocked when Nadiya bravely opened up on the cruel abuse she suffered while growing up as a Muslim in the UK.
In a preview clip shown on today's Good Morning Britain, Nadiya said: "I was in there and they had come in and before I knew it my head was in the loo and they were flushing it repeatedly and holding me down.
"Even to this day every time I go to the loo that image comes instantly, it just pops up into my head.
"And it got to a stage when I would deliberately not touch water like eat or drink because I didn't want to go to the loo."
In another clip, Nadiya explained that her family are terrified to leave their home when terror attacks happen because of the abuse they will suffer.
"When there's terrorist acts that happen, and it's on the news, I dread going out on those days," said the Bake Off star.
"My kids have been called terrorists, people comment on their skin colour. It's commonplace."
Charlotte Church's episode is now set to air next week, which could be after she's unmasked on The Masked Singer if the theories prove to be correct.
Taking over from Piers Morgan is quite the challenge, but Kate has already proven to be more than up for it.
Speaking of her new role on Good Morning Britain, she told co-stars and close friends Susanna Reid and Ben Shephard that she found the idea of her new role "weird".
After Ben said that he was very excited to watch her in the hot seat, Kate said: “It still sounds so weird."
"It sounds so right," Susanna quipped. "You, of course, did the interview that marked the end of Piers Morgan’s Life Stories and then he handed over the baton."
Kate joked: "Handed or I grabbed whichever way you look at it."
Ahead of taking the role, Kate said it was a great opportunity as has loved having the chance to talk to people both on and off air.
"Everyone has a story to tell and the wonderful thing about this show is that you have the airtime to delve into the areas of guests lives that the viewers might not know about already," she said.
"It's also a chance to understand more about the bits we do already know about, both good and bad, and hear it in their own words."
Kate added of her predecessor: "Piers is off to pastures new and I am so happy for him, but it's s great to be able to help out on the final three episodes of the series."
Before her first episode aired, Kate got a message of support from the person she was replacing as host of Life Stories.
Wishing her luck, Piers said: "Good luck to @kategarraway who hosts her first Life Stories show tonight. As I told Kate today, it does feel a bit weird handing over the reins of a show I presented for so long, but at least it’s to someone I love! Wish her all the very best. Airs on ITV @ 9pm."
Piers shocked fans when he announced he was stepping down after 12 years at the helm in October last year.
"BREAKING NEWS: I’m quitting Life Stories after 12 years and 100 shows," he tweeted.
"My final one will be with my fabulous friend @kategarraway and she will then present the remaining 3 planned shows of the next series as I leave ITV to host my new global daily show. It’s been a blast!"
It came after Piers departed ITV breakfast show Good Morning Britain earlier this year in a much-publicised controversy after his remarks about Meghan Markle.
After months of speculation over his career future, it was a nnounced in September that he would be joining the new channel from News UK named talkTV.
But viewers don't seem too bothered and lots have said they actually prefer Kate's style of interviewing compared to Pier's more abrupt and direct approach.
