KALABURAGI: Seven members of an extended family, including two children, were charred to death and 27 others injured when their bus overturned and caught fire after colliding with a goods van at Kamalapur, 35 km from here, on Friday morning. The deceased are from Hyderabad and were returning after a holiday in Goa.
The deceased are Saraladevi Arjun Gudur, 37, Arjun M Gudur, 37, Vivan Arjun Gudur, 2, Shivakumar K , 35, Ravali Shivakumar, 35, Dixita Shivakumar, 9 and Anita Raju, 40. The bus was carrying 32 passengers, including 30 from the same extended family.
