Karen's Diner, a viral chain of restaurants known for purposely delivering terrible service and speaking bluntly to customers, is set to visit Edinburgh in the new year.
The pop-up is set to arrive in the capital in February after going viral all over the world for their woefully bad service. Having originally launched in Australia, customers at Karen's are encouraged to moan as much as possible throughout their dining experience.
Clips seen on social media platform TikTok show those familiar with the eatery taking their unsuspecting parents and grandparents for a meal and filming their hilarious reactions at being told to 'shut up' by staff.

The team will be setting up at the Biscuit Factory in Leith for the event and tickets are on sale now which will buy visitors a two-course meal and three drink tokens. A post on Facebook teased fans of their arrival in the capital soon.
They posted: "Edinburgh: Lock your doors, close the blinds, because the Karens are coming to town. Karen’s Diner is coming to Scotland, and we couldn’t be more excited. 10th, 11th, 12th FEBRUARY (perfect Valentines date).
"What to expect? One-star service, rated by Karen herself. Yep, that’s right, this is dining with a TWIST. They’ll be no P’s and Q’s here, actually, it’s quite the opposite.
"In our world, the customer is always WRONG. If they are actually right, we just won’t admit it, or care. The perk? I dunno? Laughs with your mates? Absolutely the worst service you will ever experience, accompanied by a serving of delicious food, with sides of banter and laughter.
"A unique and unmatched dining experience? Chaotic fun, 3x vouchers, and whatever else the Karens can come up with to entertain you miserable lot. So call up your gals and guys, and do something out of the ordinary for once.
"Just in case you don’t know what a pop up is, it means we pop up and pop out, all in a few days. Leaving Edinburgh cleansed, and you lot begging us for more. In other words Karen, GET A MOVE ON, these tickets aren’t unlimited, and neither is my patience."
Despite the lack of manners, Karen's Diner does offer mouth-watering burgers and shakes for customers to enjoy while being being the subject of verbal abuse. Their Edinburgh pop-up is expected to be popular among locals, with tickets now on sale on the Explore Hidden site.
