Kanye West has said that he is "working on" his communication skills after admitting that he needs to take more "accountability" for his rants on social media.
Over the weekend, the 44-year-old rapper took aim at his estranged wife, Kim Kardashian, 41, and her boyfriend, Saturday Night Live comedian Pete Davidson, 28.
Kanye had urged fans to "scream" at Pete if they saw him in public, sparking a debate about harassment with the rapper also sharing private messages from Kim in which she urged him to lay off Pete.
On Tuesday afternoon, Kanye wiped his Instagram account and posted a pic of him standing alone on a platform, surrounded by clouds, with a message that he is "learning in real time" about the effects of his social media use.
The Donda rapper wrote: "I've learned that using all caps makes people feel like I'm screaming at them. I'm working on my communication.
"I can benefit from a team of creative professionals, organizers, mobilizers and community leaders. Thank everybody for supporting me."
He went on to reference the posts in which it looked like he was harassing Kim and Pete.
Kanye continued: "I know sharing screen shots was jarring and came off as harassing Kim.
"I take accountability. I'm still learning in real time. I don't have all the answers. To be [a] good leader is to be a good listener."
Unfortunately it wasn't long before Kanye was posting a pointed message to Kim, who he shares four children - North, eight, Saint, six, Chicago, three and Psalm, two.
Two hours after saying he was "working on communication", Kanye shared a since-deleted post in which he showed an image of a roadside billboard, on which it states: "Stop telling fathers they should have fought harder to see their children & start asking mothers why he had to fight at all."
Despite Kim filing for divorce in February 2021, Kanye has still not given up hope of a reconciliation with him sharing a snap of a pickup truck full of roses which was thought to be heading to Kim for Valentine's Day.
It is not clear whether she actually received them but it would seem that Kanye is still holding a flame for his estranged wife, with his brief relationship with actress Julia Fox coming to an end after dating since New Year's Eve.
