Kanye West has reportedly given the boot to yet another divorce attorney as he prepares for his hearing with estranged wife Kim Kardashian.
The Donda singer, 44, is said to have dropped another attorney at the eleventh hour, with lawyer Chris Melcher reportedly the latest to bite the bullet.
Sources close to the situation told TMZ that the pair's relationship had become extremely difficult of late with communication between the two sparse.
Sources told the publication that the artist now legally known as Ye kept changing his mind between settling his divorce peacefully and fighting with his ex.
The star is now said to have hired Samantha Spector to fight his corner after the attorney recently represented Nicole Young in her divorce from Dr Dre.
Wednesday's hearing is expected to see the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, 41, become legally single.
It isn't thought that Kanye will be at the hearing himself, with Kim expected to appear on video or audio call.
The pair spent almost seven years married before Kim filed for divorce last February. They share four kids together, North, eight, Saint, six, Chicago, four, and two-year-old Psalm.
While for the most part the duo had appeared to be amicable in their split, recent weeks have seen Ye a lot more vocal on social media, especially towards Kim's new beau Pete Davidson.
Ye's rants towards the comic saw Kim have to publicly intervene and ask her ex to stop with the nasty posts, both for her family's sake and Pete's safety.
Asking the musician to keep their conversations private, Kim also said: "Hopefully he can finally respond to the third attorney he has had in the last year to resolve any issues amicably."
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, Kanye is attempting to make his social media posts about Kim, Pete and others inadmissible in the upcoming hearing concerning Kim's request to become single.
The rapper is claiming that the SKIMS founder cannot prove he wrote any of those social media posts.
His lawyers claimed the posts are "double hearsay".
Kim has been attempting to keep her mind off the topic by keeping herself busy in her work.
On Tuesday she posed topless with a diamond necklace for a risqué advert for her KKW fragrance.
She looked sensational in the striking promotional image which sees her model an array of sparkling layered diamond necklaces and bangles as she gazes seductively into the camera.
