Kansas star center Hunter Dickinson has announced his decision to return for a final season with the Jayhawks, marking a significant boost for the team. Dickinson, a first-team All-Big 12 pick and conference newcomer of the year, had an impressive season with averages of 17.9 points and 10.8 rebounds per game after transferring from Michigan.
In addition to Dickinson's return, Coach Bill Self has secured the signing of Rylan Griffen from the transfer portal. Griffen, a key starter for the Alabama team that made it to the NCAA Final Four, brings valuable experience and skills to the Jayhawks. With Griffen's ability to contribute on both ends of the court, he is expected to enhance KU's offensive capabilities, particularly in 3-point shooting.
