Kamaru Usman was disappointed to see Conor McGregor mention his daughter in a tweet after watching him lose the UFC welterweight title last month.
Usman was brutally knocked out by a head kick from Leon Edwards at UFC 278, losing his world title as well as his first fight in the promotion. His daughter was sitting at cageside and had to be taken from the arena in tears after watching her father suffer a vicious loss, which caught the attention of McGregor.
The Dubliner noted a tweet about Usman's daughter and took to social media to send a message to other fighters with families warning them not to bring them to fights. McGregor most recently told his fiancée Dee Devlin and three kids to stay at home when he fought Dustin Poirier, and will continue as such going forward.
