Kamala Harris's Participation In September Debates Uncertain

Vice President Kamala Harris declined to provide a definitive answer to a question posed by CNN regarding her commitment to participating in three debates against former President Donald Trump in September. The scheduled debate between Harris and Trump is set to take place on ABC on September 10, following an announcement made by the former president during a news conference where he confirmed his agreement to participate in this debate as well as two others.

It remains uncertain whether Harris will be present at the additional debates mentioned by Trump during his announcement. Harris chose to deflect most inquiries from various reporters, including CNN, while interacting with them along the ropeline after a campaign event held in Detroit.
