As mentioned before, she accused Trump of lying during it. Additionally, she also said that his speech reminded her of kids speaking at events, hinting at how she views his level of intellect.
Harris’s exact words in this context were, “I watched it. It was full of lies. And when he wasn’t lying, it reminded me of our kids going to show and tell at school. Nothing that was true about really how the American people, so many, are suffering under the weight of high prices, unaffordable healthcare, unaffordable housing.”
