NEW DELHI: Arsenal's Kai Havertz scored a late winner to put his team at the top of the Premier League despite keeper Aaron Ramsdale's mistake in a 2-1 home win over Brentford on Saturday, as the Gunners recorded their eighth consecutive league victory.
The hard-fought win propelled Arsenal to the provisional top spot with 64 points, one point ahead of Liverpool and two points ahead of Manchester City, who will face each other at Anfield on Sunday.
