A woman terrorised by her brutal cop ex has condemned "secrecy" surrounding his punishment for years of domestic abuse.
Cruel Fraser Ross assaulted Anne-Marie Hirdman on multiple occasions, but was spared jail after being found guilty last year.
The 43-year-old had been a police officer for 16 years when he was placed on a Community Payback Order (CPO) and ordered to carry out unpaid work. The courts also told the disgraced ex-constable he would be supervised by social workers for three years and was required to take part in the Up2U domestic violence programme, the Daily Record reports.
