Coronation Street's Jude Riordan has shared an update from his other job as he takes a break from Weatherfield.
The St Helens youngster has wowed audiences with his performances as Sam Blakeman on the cobbles. Jude's role in the ITV soap earned him a number of awards last year as he took home the Best Newcomer Prize at both the National Television Awards and the Inside Soap Awards.
The 11-year-old won the hearts of Corrie fans when he made his Weatherfield debut in 2020 after he discovered that Nick Tilsley was his father. While getting to know his dad he had a rocky start with Nick's partner Leanne Battersby as she grieved the loss of her three-year-old son Oliver.

Earlier this week, Jude said "that's a wrap" on Sam Blakeman for 2022. He has filmed his final scenes of the year and will return to Weatherfield in 2023.
While soap fans adore the young actor, Corrie and playing Sam isn't Jude's only job. The star also appears in Sky's Brassic as Michelle Keegan's on-screen son Tyler Croft.
Sharing a behind-the-scenes snap from Brassic on Instagram on Wednesday, Jude said: "It was a cold one yesterday mucking about on Jim's Farm! Last day for Tyler till January. Found a horse called Judi. Cute."
Rachel Leskovac, who played Sam's late mum Natasha on Coronation Street, said: "Amazing!" and soap fans were also quick to comment.
Jenny said: "It’s funny as you’re in my 2 favourite shows lol!!! Can’t wait for Brassic to return Merry Christmas Jude xxx", while Mel said: "Started watching this because you talked about it so much. Now one of my all time favourites!"
Caroline said: "Enjoy your break Jude. Can't wait for the next season of Brassic. You are all amazing xx"
