England international Jude Bellingham has been told he can become an even better player by moving to Liverpool.
But the Reds have been warned Borussia Dortmund may be reluctant to allow the 18-year-old midfielder to depart this summer.
Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is a known admirer of Bellingham, who has shone in the Bundesliga and played a part in England's run to the Euro 2020 final last summer.
