Jordan Spieth is set to make his return to competitive golf after a month of pain-free practice following wrist surgery. The golfer underwent surgery in August to rebuild the sheath of his extensor carpi ulnaris tendon (ECU) after experiencing issues with it popping out of place since May 2023.
Having taken a three-month break from swinging, Spieth views this time off as an opportunity to reset and correct some bad habits that had crept into his game. He emphasized that the break was not about making swing changes but rather a return to the advantageous elements of his natural game that he had strayed from.
