The 41-second clip, shared by his attorney Maximo Altez, depicts van der Sloot entering a gymnasium with his team, named 'La Naranja Mecanica' or 'The Clockwork Orange' in Spanish.
Standing at 6 feet 5 inches tall, van der Sloot, known for his involvement in the deaths of Natalee Holloway and Stephany Flores, appeared unharmed and in high spirits in the video. Altez dismissed claims of a recent assault on van der Sloot as 'fake news,' asserting that his client is in good condition.
