FitzSimons 'proud' of calling Jones 'malignant tumour'

A prominent author and journalist has declared he is "almost proudly" opposed to talkback titan Alan Jones, whom he once described as a "malignant tumour".

Peter FitzSimons wore a white linen suit as he entered the witness box in a Sydney court on Thursday to testify in Jones's trial on 22 charges of indecent assault and sexual touching without consent.
