Jon Stewart blasted President Donald Trump's Russian diesel deal as "insane" and "incoherent," accusing the administration of undermining its own sanctions against Moscow.

During Monday's Daily Show, Stewart played footage of Energy Secretary Chris Wright defending the agreement on Fox News, where Wright suggested encouraging Russian diesel exports could ultimately benefit Ukraine.
