As his name suggests, Johnny is known for the distinctive blue bucket hat he so often wears and, while that made it through the action packed weekend unscathed, a distinctive octopus ring he owns, is nowhere to be seen. Johnny took to Instagram to try and track it down, posting a photo of it and asking anyone in Newcastle and North Shields who finds it to get in touch and adding: 'It must have fallen off my finger amongst the madness.'
Johnny's appeal to find the missing rings, comes after he made an al Instagram post about just how much getting to play at SJP meant to him and everyone else involved. Sharing photos of the gigs on his grid, he wrote: "Toon, 9th & 10th June, best weekend of our lives."
Among the many people to replace to Johnny's post was NUFC legend Alan Shearer, who replied with a series of applause emojis, as a fan commented: "Magical. Unreal. Amazing. And the Local Hero opening - i just wept."
