JOHN Swinney has hailed the Prime Minister’s admission on Scottish independence as a sign that Andy Burnham accepts “the reality that the people of Scotland will decide their own future”.
The First Minister has welcomed comments from Burnham during PMQs on Wednesday where he said that the conditions to secure another independence referendum were “exactly the same” as for an Irish reunification vote.
