JOHN Curtice has given his verdict after Andy Burnham set out the conditions for a second Scottish independence referendum.

Speaking during Prime Minister's Questions on Wednesday, Burnham said that the rules governing when a repeat of the 2014 vote could be held should be “exactly the same” as those for an Irish reunification referendum.
